he was drink driving twice his got caught didnt even attend court the first time how can i get information on it?

An arrest warrant probably issued for his arrest for failure to attend Court. Also may have license suspended. Second offenders may face jail time or at least community service. Call the city government he was cited for drunk driving in then ask for the Municipal or Night Court whatever it's called in your state.
