The Sims 2 Holiday Edition can you help me It won't show up it says The Sims 2 and I unstiall everything.?

My computer messed up cuz I have a lot of people living with me so they shut off the switch you suppose to not touch.It' frezzing up very badly.I do it too but when I can't do nothing else.

Uninstall all Sims products you have, then manually remove all of your Sims folders from the following locations:

Drive C - Program Files - EA Games - Sims 2 (Remove The Sims 2 folders and any expansion pack folders you have there).

My Documents - EA Games - Sims 2 (Remove any Sims 2 folders you have here)

Reboot your computer, then reinstall, starting with the Sims 2 Holiday Edition, then the Expansion Packs.

I don't know that the game will actually say "Holiday Edition" or just Sims 2, but that should fix the problem.
