its not really a hair doo its when you have blonde hair and you dye it black and after a while your hair grows and your roots show
Hope i helped! and it you want it done just go to the sallon and tell them you want the top of your head blonde and the bottom black!

I have my hair colored that way and I LOVE IT. I believe it is called two dimensional coloring but I may be wrong.
