One thing is sure and that is Israelis do not turn the other cheek. In my book I said this is the only way Muslims should be treated. Bully understands force. He interprets your forgiveness and tolerance as your weakness and becomes bolder and more aggressive. Israel is doing the right thing to strike back and retaliate every time there is an attack on Israeli soil and Israelis are killed as the result. You might be in Palestine and suddenly a house or a car is bombed and a few Palestinians are killed. You immediately conclude that the Israelis are terrorists conducting terrorist acts with sophisticated weaponry and killing indiscriminately. What you miss is that this is a retaliatory action and it is done in response to what the Palestinians did a few days earlier. And those killed by Israel were not innocent people but involved in the terrorist campaign against Israel. Sometimes innocent people and even children are killed, but that is because these cowards hide behind the children a

and use them as human shield. They love to see children killed so they can use that as publicity stunt and fool the naive Europeans with their bogus claim of victimhood.

Roshni, there are those who say the 911 attacks and the London Bombings were justified because they were Kaffirs.

I have many Jewish friends, Israeli and non, and this is one point we tend to disagree on. I believe Israel is an occupying force on someone elses land and receives the consequences of that choice. By simply living on that ground they have fired the first shot. I also believe this was allowed so that the mid-east would be permanently destabilized. Since the only claim to the land Israel can produce is from their religious texts, US support of Israel is a violation of the 'wall of separation between church and state'. Sorry, but the capacity to successfully defend the land does not give Israel legitimate claim to it.

What you very nicely fail to acknowledge is that it's Palestine which is in the defensive position here. It's not just that "a few" Palestinians are killed occaissonally, as you imply. Palestinians have to deal with Israeli checkpoints in their own country. Palestinian kids going to school are often killed. Israel regularly evacuates Palestinians from homes they own and takes them over to build Jewish settlements. Checkpoint guards constantly refuse to let ambulances, doctors, etc go through and people die at these checkpoints daily. It really is shameful how Israel manipulates it's doings and how people like you buy their propoganda.
