I know some of my family members are like "Your so skinny."but I know that's not true because they are just saying that because they don't want to get me upset. I feel fat and ugly.

Age:16(17 in March)
Weight:113lbs
Height:5ft 4.5iniches
Body fat: 23%(according to scale)

I excersize at least 30minutes-1hour a day.((but I haven't been in the past few d ays.))

You are not fat! Although, I am a boy, 16 years old and 108 lbs, I still feel the same way. And when I do eat too much, I feel guilty.

The only thing to do if you feel fat is to eat better and exercise. I know how you feel though. When I weighed 110 I still felt fat even though people told me I needed to gain weight... You probably have body dyspmorphia... where you see your body as something it's not. This can be combined with an eating disorder, but you didn't state anything about that... You can go to therapy for it and they'll probably give you an anti-depressant but theres a chance that the therapy will quit working and you'll end up in a viscious cycle because you'll probably gain weight.

well, it seems like you maintain a healthy lifestyle and thats good. but if you feel that you have a weight issue you could start eating better, making sure you eat whats on the food pyramid and eating good portions. instead, you might have a self image problem. Its important to know you love yourself for who you are. some people are very healthy yet are still a little obese. thats just how some people are made. but whatever you decide if its eating right or seeing a doctor about something mentally i hope you figure it out, good luck

you are at the right weight for your height sounds like your family knows what they are talking about. However if you are concerned about the body fat percentage cut down on the fast food.
