Yes, it is correct. Some people may not understand what prohibited is so you could also say Surfing Porno is Not Allowed.

Your sentence is a little informal.

Perhaps a better one would be:
"Surfing for pornography is prohibited here."

But your sentence is fine if you are using it in an informal context.

yes, the sentence is correct. you can simply say
"No pornographic surfing" or "Pornography is strictly prohibited"
