They may get girls, but they don't get the women. Which would you rather have?

My husband is cute (of course) and makes enough oney to take care of himself, but he's not rich. So yes looks and the ability to take care of yourself is something that I looked for, but doesn't pretty much most people?

Of course! Why wouldn't a girl be attracted to a handsome, successful guy? If it comes to looks or money, to me neither one necessarily does it for me. I'd like a reasonably good looking guy who treats me well and at least has a job to support himself. He doesn't need to be rich. Also, I'm not beautiful, so I am realistic enough to know that a guy who is probably wants a girl somewhat equal in looks to himself. People who say looks don't matter are just not visually stimulated and probably really don't care.

It is true that most woman would probably like to find a rich and good looking guy. But in the end, I would rather be with a guy that loves me and cares for me. Money and good looks can't completely fulfill your needs!

Good looking AND rich guys have a better selection to choose from because LOOKS MATTER and MONEY attacts people of all varieties.

However, homely girls need HOMELY men so all is not lost.

But of course, good looks and wealth are always benefits to the dating scene.

By the way, I am sure Hugh Heffner has his choice of all those babes because he is JUST OH SO HANDSOME.

well I own my own business....actually 2 of them and am not stressed for cash...we'll leave it at that.

next....I am blond, blue eyed mix of Swed and Indian, have excellent cheek bones and facial structure and most find me cute or handsome. I am not fat, I am fit and toned, not huge muscles but toned. even in the beginning years of hotornot.com, I was rated a constant 8 for over a year.

do I have ladies at my door, knocking it down, lining up? no. that idea of money, looks, etc is all myth. Actually I use to think I was ugly for a long time till women actually told me different. seems like women are just as shy towards good looking men....as men are shy towards good looking women.

plus having looks, money etc gives you a bad rap even when you have done nothing wrong. just being well off and handsome, many women automatically stereo type me as a player, user, one night stand, etc. before they even get to know the real me.

I had more women when I was a lonely employee busting my hump like the masses. once I broke free and started to make my own money, etc.....seemed like the ladies and friends faded away over time.

moral.......don't ever wish for what you don't have.....you might just get it and be more miserable than before.

money is NOT the key to life and happiness.

I think its true... but the rich guys that have good lucks always turn out to be pretty f*cked up. They are always on edge... and afraid of the fact that you are probably dating them because of their money! They can be so paranoid.
