There are non-fat ice creams. You can take the fat off of chicken. Most fish & seafoods are non-fat. You can't have it all tho, if something is non-fat it is probably high in cholesteral. Most fruits & vegetables are non-fat; sugar converts to starch but not fat per my diabetic classes. But don't forget the body needs some fat. When you buy frozen food or canned items the list of ingredients will give you the amt of fat they contain.

Non-fat free foods? I could think of many. Junk food like chips, also Mcdonalds, Burger King, ice cream, deep fried foods are all non-fat free foods which are not healthy.

Swedish Fish - my favorite candy. Only problem is, the body can convert sugar to fat!
