i live in shropshire in england (uk) dose eny 1 no where i can get some citric acid in what shops ????? if u can plz get the actual name.

First - calm down! You sound frantic... This is a very easy item to buy and can be purchased at almost any place that sells produce. In the US, it's called "Fruit Fresh".

In a pinch, however, you can use the fruit from any citric fruit. Lemon is the best, orange next. You will have to adjust your recipe accordingly. For example, cut down any fluids by the amount of the citrus juice. Good luck and Merry Christmas!

Can't give you a name of a place since I live in the states, but you can go to a pharmacy and ask the druggist for some.
