My jailbird ex has explained that he don't want me near b/c he could risk going back to jail if anything goes wrong, but he didn't have a problem hooking up with another woman(and I use woman loosely) she is 45 and she has grown kids and claims to be pregnant with his child (he's 30) .She alos is not working at her mcdonald's job and don't have money to pay her child support. He lost his place & lives in a motel & she moved in with him. He is cold noe to me and I did nothing wrong. We have a child and he calls to speak only to him and talks cold to me. What the hell is that for?

Guys like that are a waste of time. Believe me there are better fish in the sea... stay away what he does is his deal. You focus on being the best mom you can be and tell the low life to stay away ! Good Luck

That sounds like an unstable mess that I would stay as far away from as possible. You don't need to subject yourself, or your child, to that type of situation. My advice would be to cease contact. Period.
