It could be anything, but it's probably nothing serious. Likely an allergic reaction to something. Go see a dermatologist.

If it looks like pimples or little blisters then you might have chicken pox. I would get online and see what different kids of chicken pox looks like, if it looks like what you have then you can use some home remedys for getting rid of them. You can bathe in this special stuff, unfourtunaly I forgot what its called. However, if its not CP then I would call a dermatologist and go see them.

Ask a dermatologist. However, it could just be ingrown hair or an allergic reaction. Try exfoliating at least once a day. That alone may help clear your skin.

It could be a heat rash wats the tempreture are you sweating could be first sighn of shicken pocs it could be exma best thing to do is dont scratch or iratate it just leave it for now if its still there in the morning go c a doctor

depending on the location, it could be 'razor burn'. if its not in a location where this could happen, try to remember if you have changed soaps/body washes recently or done anything different than usual.
