The unforgivable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. The reason to why this is "unforgiveable" is because it is a hardenin of the heart, as well as direct hostility towards the Holy Spirit. This occurs when a person actually knows a lot about Christanity, sees and recognizes the work of the Holy Spirit in themselves and in others, and then blaphsemies against it, not just physically speaking, but the condition of the heart. If you think that you may have done this and are concerned, then just based on that, means that you have not done it. It is a hardening of the heart to the point where you hate God and the Holy Spirit and everything good. It is the worst condition that aperson could be it.
Matthew 12:31
And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

The Bible says only one sin is unforgivable—and that is the sin of refusing God's forgiveness. If we turn our backs on God and refuse to have anything to do with Him, then we will eventually pay the consequences for our stubbornness.
But it doesn't need to be this way! God is our loving Heavenly Father, and He yearns to forgive us and welcome us back to Himself. He loves us so much that He has done everything possible to win us back, by sending His only Son into the world to pay the price for our sins. We deserve to die for our sins—but when Christ died on the cross, all our sins were placed in Him, and He took the punishment we deserve. The Bible says, "God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8).
Jesus warned, "Whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin" (Mark 3:29). Blaspheming the Holy Spirit simply means saying that what the Holy Spirit says in the Scriptures about Christ is false. When we do that, we reject Christ and all He has done for us—and we are committing the only unforgivable sin.
May that not happen to you, or to anyone else reading this column. Instead, turn to Christ and by a simple prayer of faith invite Him into your life today. Jesus' promise is for you: "Whoever comes to me I will never drive away" (John 6:37).

Anything said against The Son of man, Christ CAN be forgiven, BUT Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit when you are delivered up to Antichrist IS NOT forgiven.
Not allowing the Holy Spirit to speak through you. The Word of God says NOT TO TAKE thought what you are going to say as you will be given what to say in that hour. Please READ LUKE 12: verses 10 and 11 before anyone goes off the deep end.

Only one sin is unforgivable according to the Bible and that is blaspheming the holy spirit. Since holy spirit reveals the truth about God and his word, then if a person knows the truth and lies to someone else about it, they have committed this sin. It is so serious because it is tantamount to attempting to murder someone spiritually.

Blasphemy is forgivable, including blasphemy against God.
The only sin which will not be forgiven is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Matthew 12:31-32. Not in this life nor the life to come.

The answer of systematic theologians would be: disbelief in the person and work of Christ Jesus (since belief in Christ Jesus is the only way to obtain forgiveness from one's sins in the first place).
The answer of biblical theologians would be: blaspheming the Holy Spirit (Matt 12:31-32).
Put these two together, and the answer would be: Anyone who disbelieves the person or work of Christ Jesus (like the jealous religious rulers of Jesus' day did) would necessarily not be forgiven for their sin, since forgiveness of sin necessitates faith in the Savior Christ Jesus.

The unforgivable sin or blaspheme against the Holy Spirit can only be done by God’s elect when they are delivered up for a testimony.
Matt.12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
Luke 12:10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
Luke 12:11 And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
Luke 12:12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
Mark 13:11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
Luke 21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
Luke 21:13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
Luke 21:14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:
Luke 21:15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
The unforgivable sin will not happen because that God’s elect cannot wait for the opportunity, adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
