i mean our 1st date was hot, 2nd was ok, 3rd was great , 4 and 5 was kinda boring, is that how its suppose to be?

Think about what made the first dates so wonderful and why the last few haven't been that great.... is it the activities you are choosing to do, or is it a lack of things to talk about?
Share your interests with one another. It's exciting to see the look on someone's face when they are sharing something special to them with you.
Consider what you know of him and what you have in common.
Don't give up hope just yet, unless you've thought about it and realized that it was just a physical attraction with no real substance.

maybe you need to do something more interesting than what you normally do. try having a picnic on the beach or going kayaking, anything new. sometimes when u do the same things over and over again, the relationship gets stale. if u do new things though and it's still boring, then it's a sign that he's not into you anymore and you should probably move on.

it's called "getting into a routine" if you don't like routine or the same thing and or person over and over again ... maybe you should re-evaluate yourself and be alone for a while... 1st and 2nd dates are usually the groovy discovery periods when you loooove everything about the other person, then all the newness dies off and it is just you to in relationship
not necessarily a bad thing, but if it doesn't feel right maybe it's not

don't you ever think about moving on yet, that's why relations this day don't last very long, because people don't know how to deal with problems. If you say you like him, well try to find somthing that you both enjoy and keep trying. Best of luck, and don't give up so easy.

shouldn't be that way. I mean, if you say your first year was hot, second year was OK, third year was great.... That would be OK. But if it's in terms of dates, i don't think so....
