?
People in jungles were living in jungles.
People living in cities were people living in cities.
People, 10,000 years ago were people living where they lived.
There never were monkey men and monkey women. There were, at various times in history, homoerectus, neanderthal and other ancestors to the point where the divergence of species came about, but this was much more than 10,000 years ago.

Actually, athropological evidence has pretty much proven that modern man "cro-magnum" came on the scene about 40000 years ago and were living in caves located in what is modern Europe of today. If you want to know the time when transitional homonid species existed you have to go back much further than 40000 years.

No, I disagree! I happen to believe than Atlantis really existed, and was destroyed, around 10,000 or 11,000 BC and their technology makes ours of today look primitive. However, the survivors probably did have to live in primitive conditions.
