I got a remote controlled Airplane from my Sister for Christmas. I just got back from flying it. It took off great and then climbed real high and then it just kept flying South. WTF?? The remote stopped working and that plane is somehwere in Alabama last I heard.

Yep...same happened here....last year. So the next flying thing I want is a helicopter.
The batteries in the control was probably weak and the plane got to far and is probably being tracked by NORAD and fighters being scrambled as you speak.

Sounds like you flew it out of radio frequency range. Try a better quality remote if you can ever locate the plane.

oh my!! My X used to fly remote control. We lost one the same way, he had his name in his and someone found it during hunting season and returned it. Unfortunately, it was ruined. Sorry this happen to you!
