Firstly, I highly recommend using the English language when attempting to express something as complicated as this little pickle. I've found it a very useful tool for questions, answers, explaining logical thought processes... but anyway, I digress.
If the question is as simple as "My friend really fancies someone who I know, but he has a girlfriend, what should she do?" then she could:
a) Forget him.
b) Let him know that she likes him by means of subtle flirting.
c) Let him know by saying something along the lines of "You're really fit, I wish you didn't have a girlfriend."
d) Get him good and drunk and snog his face off.
e) Assault his girlfriend, leaving her facially scarred for life, or indeed kill her (but in such a way that no-one knows who did it) and then be his shoulder to cry on. - not recommended
f) Talk to the girlfriend and try to get her to give him a threesome for Christmas (with your friend as the third party). This would give her the opportunity to size up the competition and to be more sexually appealing than the girlfriend. Top tip - pretending
to enjoy giving head, or actually enjoying it - men love that.
g)Worry about it so much that her little head explodes
Hope this has been of some assistance
