Should I contact law enforcement ? here is what happened The buyer on ebay said I misrepresented the auction with 5lbs, but after seeing her complaint on paypal it was clear she committed a fraud.. she copied and pasted my auction, then took the L off 5lbs and added a 1 that read 51lbs, and this was the pretext that she filed a complaint misrepresentation she said it was for 51lbs and it was misreresented 5lbs of unsearched wheat pennies is not 51bs as she copied and pasted Should I contact law enforcement?? AND SHE IS STILL SELLING ON EBAY

contact ebay and paypal. usually when someone files a paypal claim against you it takes so long for them to get to it that it's just dismissed. You can also leave negaitve feedback for the other person to warn others, of a similar situation.

The first thing you need to do is contact both ebay and paypal about the issue. they will give you information about how to proceed from there.

CALL pay pal, they will most certainly deal with this because it involves them and in your edit, please tell me their name so I don't buy from them or sell to them.
Merry Christmas, don't let this person ruin a great day. They aren't worth it.
