Try Pilate's. All you need is a mat or blanket on the floor and a Pilate's DVD. (I like Winsor Pilate's) the "quick" work out takes about 20 minutes and you only have to do it 3-4 times a week to notice REAL results. It works for me. I'm 35 w/3 kids and I eat pretty much whatever I want and doing the routine keeps me slim and strong, plus I have more energy (nice bonus)

okay there are two really effective excercises- one is: lay down flat on the floor or any plane surface. Lift both your legs together, around 6 inches above the ground and keep it that way for around 6 counts and slowly bring it down. Do this around 5-10times.
The other one is: lie flat and fold both your legs forming 45-60 degree angle, and stretch your hand out forward and get up slowly. Scrunches are hard to do, but these are comparatively easier and quite effective.

Firstly you cannot dream to reduce fat from your body overnight because that will never happen and nothing can make you slim other than real workout like Gym or even jogging in the early morning (do not love sleeping if you really want to reduce fat) and also avoid oily foods & cheesy items. over a period of time you can see the difference.

get one of those big trampolines in your yard they are awesome for keeping in shape you'll be surprised at how much fun they are and how easy it is to get in shape with them.....I suggest getting a net and swingset anchors for safety though but other than that have fun........Happy Holidays!!!! (the small round tramps work as well but aren't as fun) check out the link(s) below, on the first one you'll have to scroll down some before the article begins, the second one is just a google search, oh and by the way you don't have to get the 400-1000$ models those 14' ones they offer at walmart are just as good as the more expensive kind they usually run from 149 and up at walmart but sometimes if you look you can get the whole package (safety net, tramp cover, and trampoline) for under 300$......

Low fat diet. It is actually the most important rule. Do not reduce food just eat better food. And stop all junk food!!!!!
And a lot of exercise!
With out exercise you wont reach to any results.

you can't, your body burns fat evenly... you'll lose it in your breasts at the same rate as you lose it in your hips, and guys like big breasts and hips, so think it through
