Less than a week. It wont be good because the apple filing makes it soggy. You should cover it up and put it in the fridge.

I know that with Mrs. Smith's brand pie you can store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Did you get like a dozen pies? Why don't you just eat it? If you really have to store it, plastic wrap the whole thing to avoid freezeburn and put in the freezer. Thaw it in the microwave when ready to eat. It would last indefinitely in the freezer.

i can't keep apple pie more than a day or two, i just keep eating it till it is all gone. it generally doesn't get much past the kitchen table.
