Did you get like a dozen pies? Why don't you just eat it? If you really have to store it, plastic wrap the whole thing to avoid freezeburn and put in the freezer. Thaw it in the microwave when ready to eat. It would last indefinitely in the freezer.

i can't keep apple pie more than a day or two, i just keep eating it till it is all gone. it generally doesn't get much past the kitchen table.
