They are tired of you asking and the whole drama of the situation; they have given their answer and they do not respect you for not respecting their answer of "no" and then having to be made to feel like the "bad guy" for hurting your feelings all over again after they have already been through this same scenario several times.
You can't make someone love you or want to be with you, but you can drive them away with constant demands of wanting things your way, no respecting their decisions and trying to manipulate them into a situation where they have already clearly indicated that is not what they want right now in their life. Sounds like they likely are to the point where they want to eliminate you from their life entirely if you don't back off.

One must never forget about self-respect and avoid being exploited. If you are sincere and decent in your behaviour yet get disappointed, you have to forget the whole thing and move on.
