I can't speak for all women, but for me:
I love my boyfriend's hands because they are so much bigger than my own. I feel safe and protected when he puts his hands on me, arms around me...
The way it feels when he touches me, even a simple touch, it's an extension of himself and I can feel his energy, his love, flowing through them to me.
I do think that in the general consensus most women believe that the size of a man's hands determines the size of something else. If his hands are soft, he may be gentile. If his hands are hard, he may be more aggressive. If his fingers are long and skinny..... If they are chubby, girthy fingers.....
it's all in the imagination of what those hands may feel like on their body, or what correlation they may have to something else they may be wondering about.

Disagree. Getting away from women doesn't mean we love them less. It's just our nature that we are more social than women. Women have adapted very well using the mobile phone. They can be at home but on the phone for ages, which is a way of getting away from men. However, she's right about the sperm thing, women would still want a man even if he isn't needed for reproduction - they'll need to show off to their friends, won't they?

well first of all, it depends on the type of hands that you have. if a man has soft, artistic, gentle looking hands...it shows what kind of man you are...
but if you have rough hands, thats a different story. no girl wants to hold a man with hands like that.
i don't know how to explain it, but the way you use your them and how they look is what's most important.

For me personally its one of the things I look at in man. He can be the hottest man on the plannet but if he has small hands with little thin fingers with the the kind of thumbs that are curved, thats all I need not to want to touch him with a 10 foot pole. I know thats not nice of me but I like hands to look like mans hands if that makes any sense. A man that works with his hands is the man for me, like a mechanic.
Its not so much the fantasy for me, its just a turn off if I dont like his hands..then there is feet, but since you didnt ask that..

I think your making a stero-type on something ? Not every woman has some sort of fetish with hands, maybe you just have nice hands and get that kind of vibe because you only look at things from your persepctive ?
Girls like holding hands though because its a social conditioning that when people like eachother they hold hands =)

I personally love a mans hands from an artistic perspective. But to me, it also signifies hard work, grace, gentleness, and power. Which are things that I value in a man. Next to eyes, they are my favourite feature.

To me, a mans hands are connected to his soul. He can say one thing, do another but when he touches you with his hands, that's when you can feel his heart. : )
