Do you know how the Protestant denominations got started?
The older ones derived from the Catholic church around the 1500s because the Bible was in Latin only and so were many masses. Those who translated it into English, German, etc. did so, so the everyone could read and understand it. The Catholic church did not recognize these versions as they felt that Latin was the only "Christian" language.
What you are now suggesting is a gigantic step back to the problems we originally had as a society.

You could write all the religious books in pig Latin and there would still be people who chose (choose) to interpret them in ways offensive, controlling, demeaning to the vast majority.
The books are far less of a problem than those reading (and then pontificating on) them!
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
Do you want to be stuck in some forsaken corner of the world to live "that" way -- whatever "that way" is? Somehow, I don't think so!
Have a happy holiday!

These books are available in english. Are you proposing to destroy all non-english copies?
Who exactly gets to create the revised versions? You? Anybody that feels like it?
Do you really want to put all religious fanatics together with no contradicting voices?
What if somebody changes their mind? Do they move?
And do you intend to forcefully segregate them?

No. Why should we? Then all the people of foreign languages all around the world wouldn't get to hear about the wonderful hope held out for them in the Bible. JW's translate the bible into many languages so that everyone around the world can get to read about God in their mother tongue. Don't quote me on this...I forget but I think it's over 400 languages we publish in. (JW's can correct me if I'm wrong...but I know it's a high number).

The Bible has been translated to every known language so that all can read and understand HIS WORD. GOD has made that possible and it has been done because HE has allowed it to happen. Thank you for this opportunity to express my opinion. Have a great holiday.
