Well this really nice guy gave me a gift unexpectadly and well i dont' exactly know why i dont' like him...hes cute, smart, funny and everything i just don't get it....signed "CONFUSED"

First of all, just because he gave you a gift doesn't mean he wants you to go out with him. Maybe he just knows you're a great person and wanted to show you his appreciation. I would do that.
However, let's say he does want to go out with you:
* Even though he is cute, smart, funny, and everything - part of a healthy relationship is being attracted to the other person. Yes, good relationships must go a lot deeper than chemistry, but if you're not attracted to him, there's probably something between you and him that's incompatible that you can't consciously define at the moment. Just keep that in mind.
* Despite the above argument, the guy has taken the time to notice you. Why not take the time to get to know him - just hang out as friends, over lunch or going for a walk for example. You might realize there's more to him than cuteness and intelligence - things that make you wildly attracted to him.
If you're not sure where something might lead with a guy, take a chance and spend time together - not with him as your boyfriend, just hanging out. Then you'll have a much better idea if you would like to get more involved. And if it's not the right guy, you will feel better about your decision then, too.

How do U know how bad the guy is unless U give him a chance? If not U should return the gift!

well sometimes you just dont feel for someone the same way they feel for you, or mayb you just needto give him a chance.
