Not so true, bro, If you are dumb and stupid, the more you cannot serve as a pastor. You will be responsible for the outcome of the members. If you will teach them stupid things, it will be counted on you. Now, tell me if it is a relaxing job to do. IT IS SCARY.

Well your opionion? of pastor? or just commenting on what you have seen.
Pastors have to have insight, help those in need, assist the dying etc. I don't know that you need to be qualified dummy to become one though.
Usually the people you are describing are underachievers, lazy people, or people who do not believe that they have a purpose, or are slaves to an addiction.
Children who are told all their life that they are stupid, or name called morons, or you never do anything right usually end up believing it, and don't want to try anymore for fear of failure but through failure we learn and through endurance we achieve.
I don't believe there are any people without worth, everyone has something to offer. Peace on earth and at God's speed. amen

All the pastors I know work very hard and put in a LOT of hours even late nights a hospitals.

Dumb and stupid huh? Well, if you can find an assembly line job that would work but, unfortunately many manufacturers gave those jobs over to other countries for lower wages.

Work in a laundry for a country club in an affluent community where they pay you alot. Someone I know is old and secretly can't read and has been working this type of job all her life.

stocking shelves especially in a supermarket because they actually have a union and you get benefits, seriously 'stockboy' is a legit job, low pressure and you fill shelves, rarely have to deal with the public, you can even get night shift.
