My uncle just passed due to MS. My aunt cannot afford to keep the van and has no need of it now. I need to know if there are any organizations out there that can help her with this situation.

You should be able to sell this as they are probably hard to find already equiped, and they are expensive; try your local buy and sell free listing newspaper, maybe even e-bay - someone will be willing to travel somewhat to get this van. Sorry about your uncle, that's a nasty disease.

You may be able to get the full value of the van as a donation to the right charity....it's a specialty vehicle.
If you are both feeling really generous....find some family who would otherwise not be able to afford it....and give it to them.

Usually a truck and van trader type magazine that will pick up some of your bordering states will usually help.
