Start by reading the info at www.hufa.org, and checking yourself out against the symptoms link. That may explain why you are bored.
After that, get out a piece of paper (blank, lined) and put down a list of things you know you like to do. Make another list of things you have not done yet, that you think you might like to do (let your imagination run on this one - like "travel to the moon" :)). Make another list of things you have done that you don't want to do again.
If any of the ideas that sound good tickle your fancy, cease making the list and start doing it.
If all of these don't work, get up, do 25 jumping jacks and 25 toe touches. I am sure you will find something that sounds better to do than exercise. Keep this for the next time you are bored.

Volunteer to help , perhaps at an animal shelter or other area the seems appealing to you. Don't waste time being bored, life is too short and precious
