When i turn on my computer, it loads regularly, but once it gets to the logon window it says:

Missing file GTgina.dll contact
system administrator to replace or recover the file

How can i fix this?
Is there anyway to restore it by yourself?
Maybe restore the system?

GTGina.dll is part of a linksys USB networking driver. You may have modified it, de-installed it or it got corrupted. It is blocking your login screen.

Boot into safe mode (without networking) by holding down the f8 key when windows starts.

Start > Control Panel > User Accounts. Click Change the way users log on and off, then ensure that the option Use the Welcome Screen is checked. Then Reboot.

Your logon screen will now be in focus and after you login , you can deal with fixing your driver problem.

Assuming you want to get rid of it, and re-install the network adapter. do this:

Run REGEDIT and do a search for any key that has GTgina.dll in it, and delete that key.

Also try Start->Run and check the startup items for anything to do with the linksys usb device and delete it.
