I need the wiring diagram for my 1996 dodge neon radio wires for the cars wire harness.?

I am trying to identify which wires are which that hook up to the back of my radio, so that I can install a new stereo in my car.

Rather than cutting the harness, buy an adaptor harness (availible at any car audio retailer and usually even at places like Autozone and Wal-mart. That way if you decide to sell the vehicle, you can put the factory head back in and save your good stereo!
