I got an ab lounge for Christmas, but I opened it early. I was wondering, ever since I've been using it which is 3 times daily for 5 minutes each (just to get myself started), why haven't I yet begun to feel a burn? Am I not doing it right? Any tips? I'm on the diet they suggested, I just don't feel a burn.

Maybe you don't have to much intensity, when you do it . Think this way, when you want something you think about,right? So its the same thing,when you want your Muscle to work, you have to concentrate on the muscles and always keep it tight. think about tighting it in which gives your abs the burn it needs.

Beware of products promising to be better than crunches and traditional exercises for effectiveness. If they were so great, you would see them in health clubs across America.

Stick with the basics, and you will feel the burn. Ditch the Ab Lounge.

Same here, you might try and use some of your own resistance when coming together and do it slow, if you go to fast you are using the momentum to pull yourself up and that is not what you want. You want to to have resistance, so do it very slowly....back and forth...and breathe......

I got a lot of free ab exercises you can do for free where you will fell the burn and see a flatter belly in seconds.
