Manlaw states that if a woman whispers in your ear and you can smell alcohol (or eggnog) on her breath, then she is NOT SERIOUS but INEBRIATED!
The liquor is talking -- not her.
Manlaw also states that is not advisable to sleep with a woman who is legally drunk and knows your legal name or knows people who knows your legal name.
Good luck

Without knowing what she said or much of the other unspoken specifics, this is hard to determine. However, based solely on your question, I would say that she definately feels safe with you. I also believe that chemistry exist between you two. Be happy!

Be careful, it may not be serious.
I used to have a problem with that. It was fun just to get a 'rise' out of the guys, but I found out the hard way that they didn't think it was funny.
If you want to know if she was serious, just ask her out for a drink and ask her. And thanks for even thinking about it before you acted on it.

Let a few days go by as she must of had to many drinks. People say and do dumb stuff when they have had to many. Dont remind her of what she said. Let her say something to you if she really meant it.

Well if she said in your ear and not out loud she must be serious, because if she said out loud it could have been a joke.
