Is the Texas' DPS open on December 26?

i'm wanting to go get my drivers license tomorrow. i didn't know if DPS was open cause it is Boxing Day....
and if so do you know the times.

Isn't Boxing Day a Canadian holiday???? I believe that the DPS, along with all other govt offices, will be open tomorrow. Merry Christmas!

Texas is big, but not so big that it's part of Canada. They will be open.
