Does anyone have any clue as to how to propose in Japanese? I'm not saying how do you write it with the english alphabet but the symbol for proposing. (Sorry for seeming like such an idiot. I don't know anything about it.) Can anyone help?

I would say

君と一緒に残りの人生を過ごしたい。

meaning I'd like to be with you in the rest of my life.
