It's X'mas and i've just put on like 2 or 3 kg I'm getting depressed over this.
i need to lose weight fast
please give me suggestions
i don't mind anything
maybe the fastest exercise to burn calories?

Fastest exercise to burn calories is probably a rowing machine, since you use your entire body you can burn more calories than running. An hour of vigorous rowing (meaning you're already in cardio shape to keep the pace) will burn upwards of 1800 calories. One kg of fat=about 7500 calories, which will give you an idea of how much work you'll have to put in. An hour of brisk jogging will burn around 1000-1200 calories. If you want to lose the weight and keep it off, don't lose more than 1-2 kg per week. So you probably have 2 good weeks of work to put in to shave off the holiday weight. Changing your diet will assist the weight loss but do not to starve yourself as this impedes the weight loss process, just reduce your calorie intake by 200-300 calories per day.

The biggest calorie burning exercises are stairmaster and rowing machine, but you have to do the right workout for your fitness level or you will hurt yourself. People who choose a sport like tennis or cycling usually get better results.

go on vegetarian diet and start some exercise like as running.

running, crunches, weight lifting, squats...and cut down on the fattening christmas food. it might look good, but you'll regret it ten seconds after its been swallowed.
