i suggest cyling, lots of it, a 20 km to warm up , eventally 50-80 km/day for fitness, and 100 km/day plus, for weekends. start small and work your way up. the main thing is consistancy. i was 180 at 5' 8" and am now 140( less in rce shape) and the ladies love my butt and legs( and i theirs). it gets easy fast and works wonders fast plus you can eat ANYTHING you want and ride it off and unlike the gym, once you are out there you gotta ride back!

Depending upon the amount of weight you want to loose, you will have to carefully watch and maintain the strength and tone of your muscles. Whenever you loose weight - it's coming off all over the body. What I have found is that the areas that people want to loose is what they concentrate on. Exercise is the utmost key! You have to keep buttocks and breasts toned. Remember that the breast tisses are nothing but fatty tissue anyway and no matter what you do - in time - those babies are going south - unless you want lifts and tucks. You will have a better chance of maintaining the buttocks than the breasts. The tissue content is different

Very unlikely, without drastic approaches like liposuction (removes fat selectively) or implants (increases size selectively). Otherwise, weight loss occurs through loss of body fat by burning calories. For most people, the loss of fat occurs throughout the entire body, although it will occur in some parts faster than others. Where your fat loss occurs first, and in what proportions, is determined by your genes. Breasts are predominately adipose tissue, i.e. fat. There are muscles underlying them (esp. the pectoralis major, or "pecs"), and the size of these muscles can be increased through strengh exercises. Increasing the pec size does not truly increase the size of the breasts, but the visible increase in your chest mass can make your breasts appear more attractive. The butt (or buttocks) is also primarily fatty tissue, but the underlying muscles (esp. the gluteus maximus, or "glutes") often contribute significantly to size and appearance. Like the pecs, the glutes can also increase in size through strength exercising. Nevertheless, in spite of any increase in the size of your glutes, if your butt is pretty big now it will be smaller after serious dieting. You are probably too concerned about size and not concerned enough about muscle tone. Although big boobs and a big butt are eye catchers, smaller boobs and butt with good surrounding muscle tone are ultimately more attractive.

No. Weight loss happens all over. You can not spot reduce, but you can do certain exercises to make these areas appear larger. Focus on exercises for glutes and pecs, but you should be doing all over exercises so as not to look disproportionate.

No- you can't choose where your body takes its fat from first. Usually the first place you gain weight is the first place you'll lose it. So the *naturally* ultra skinny girls with natural big boobs will most likely lose weight in their boobs first since all boobs are is fat anyway.

Me- I usually gain weight in my belly. i can feel my pants getting tighter and my waist not looking so defined. When I lose weight, I lose in my belly first. Thats how I gauge if I'm gaining or losing.

If your weight is due to blood sugar imbalance (high insulin, hypoglycemia, diabetes, etc.) then it is likely your breasts will lose weight before your hips and waist do. That is what happened with me - the chin firmed up first, then the bra sizes started to decrease. I am still in my same pants (although they are looser).

Remember you boobs are fat of glandular and you but is muscle, so you need to know what can the exercise you have to do. let me tell you one things what you don't used you lose , to keep it you have to workout. you would not lose if you keep yourself in good condition.
if you just don't do nothing you would lose because you get fat.

Let's ask Barbie, (LOL)
The breast is composed of fat tissue that's why bigger people tend to have bigger breast (despite a few exceptions) I can imagine the same rule would apply to the buttocks.
