you need to take her to a pediatrician. She could have a sinus infection or a throat infection. Many bacteria have a pungest odor. With the fever and the bad odor from her mouth, she most likely has an infection that will need to be treated with antibiotics. You don't want to let this develop much more before it is treated. Good luck.

It may just be some bacteria from the cold she has that's making her breath sour. Is she still running fever? Some say that strep throat causes really bad breath. If she's acting sick, look at her throat and see if its really red. It might be that.
Try brushing her teeth with a pea sized amount of flouride toothpaste and see if that helps.

I always smell when my family is sick. Try some over the counter medicines for a couple of days. If that doesn't work, call the doctor. If her fever gets worse, call.

She has congestion in her nose and sinuses. That causes a "sick smell" to her breath. Make sure she gets lots of fluids and see the doctor if it continues. Her tonsils might be infected too.

you're able to dental floss her tooth, she could have nutrients caught in them and that's what you're smelling, rotting nutrients between the tooth would not scent sturdy!!! attempt the floss or a water %. and flow round her tooth to knock it unfastened- you're able to have her use dental floss or a water %. each and every night, my infants did that as quickly as they have been youthful and that they never had a hollow area!! they have sturdy white tooth with out alot of fillings.

Change her diet. If that does not work, then see a dentist. It may be a gum problem
