i had a fever one and a half days ago, i feel a little weak now, but everythign else is fine.

You can exercise after a fever, but bear in mind that strenuous exercise can impair your immune system. If you push yourself too hard you might get a relapse of whatever it was that made you sick.

Exercise, but take it easy for a few weeks and build it back up to your usual routine gradually.

Take it easy. Do light exercise and don't push yourself. If you're feeling weak you could become dizzy and pass out. I tried exercising with bronchitis once and this happened to me. I stopped when I started to get dizzy, but never did pass out.

You are still weak when yo recover from fever so you should have a perfect diet & small exerises like morning walk, etc....

Wait one more day, then you could exercise all you want because your body is still weak.

no because you body has to rest, remember when you have fever you body get weak you don't what to hurt yourself and then you would not be able lift heavy. but if you want to run i think you would not hurt yourself , you can clean you body when you sweating.

Rest a couple more days. Body could still be tired after healing.
