The Sumerians, They were from the 4th Century BC they worshiped the god Anu....I don't know a ton about it but I know for sure they didn't believe in God or Allah. For thoes of you who don't know how time works 4th century bc means 4000 years before Jesus.

Dates .... you know the secular dating of ANCIENT history is speculative and ancient secular history is incapable of being "confirmed". Probably you would not even accept Flavius Josephus and his history?
The most authoritative is the record in the Tanakh, carefully and faithfully reproduced through many generations and centuries. But that you don't want. Perhaps you want "links" that may have been posted within the last week or so?

Know one can prove what the first relgion is - I read the book "A History of God" by Karen Armstrong http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_History_of_God which I thought was a very good book about the roots of monotheism Judeo-Christian/Islamic tradition(s). However, the facts you are asking for to the earliest roots outside of holy books don't exist because such records have disappeared with the time they existed. All people can do now is really theorize about the subject from a scientific point of view unless you invest a time machine. Until that day we will have only our theories and/or faith.
Good Luck!!!

Oldest know religion: Zoroasttrianism
Scholars have traced Zoroastrianism to approximately 1500 BCE, but other estimates range from 6000 BCE to 600 BCE. Christianity, Judaism, and Islam all have a basis in Zoroastrianism. When Zarathustra began promoting his monotheistic ideas, Persia was a land ruled by polytheists. The later religions all took his idea. Zoroastrianism also gave the world's religions such ideas as the existence of God and Satan, the soul, heaven and hell, a savior, resurrection, and final judgment. Zoroastrians also were the first to practice baptism, hold a communal meal and celebrate on December 25. Satan, paradise, and amen are all words derived from Zoroastrian heritage.

The first sign a species is becoming sentient is when they have evolved to the point where they can abstract enough to invent a god. The first time a species achieves sentient maturity is when they get rid of their gods. Burial rituals show that Neanderthals had a form of superstitious belief that some how conceived of the myth of an afterlife and all the colaterial crap needed to construct such a made-up place.

Islam is the only accepted religion of ALLAH. Christianity is a sect of Judaism. Adam(PBUH*) and Eve worshipped ALLAH in Islam. So as to a date Islam has been the first religion since the beginning of time.
