Why boys just look at me and know i like them,they are supose to speak and say something to me right?

Ok every time I like a boy they just always looks at me and sometimes he might say hi but he just glazes at me and its getting on my nerves I just want to know why they just keep looking at me.

That may be a form of attraction, but they are too shy to speak up. I'm a boy myself, so I fully know well the position those guys are in.
