That is really a sad thing I am sorry. what you can do is return them or give them away instead of opening them.
Give yourself a hug and then be proud of yourself.
be good to you and have kind thoughts towards others.
Maybe they are jealous and possibly not thinking.
I am so sorry that someone did this to you .
Do they know that you are trying to loose weight?
The diet pepsi also doesn't help either but water is a sure help aid
good luck with your weight loss.
Good Wellness to you and congratulations on your decision

Just think about how eating them will make you feel. Good or Bad? If you can have just one or two pieces and then put the box away then that's okay. If you have control issues and feel you may eat the whole box right away, then i would throw it away or give it away. A couple of pieces of chocolate never made anyone overweight, it is a lifestyle of overeating and underexersizing that causes weight problems. Remember, everything is okay in moderation and will exersize.

That happens to me every year. Not only am I trying to lose weight, I have diabetes. What I do is put it in the freezer, then allow myself one piece on Sundays. If that wouldn't work for you, you can always give it to someone else. Hopefully, the person who gave it to you was trying to be nice and just didn't think. Merry Christmas.

Actually, the chocolates are better for you than the diet Pepsi...and as long as you eat the chocolates in moderation (one piece every day rather than all in one sitting). Maybe they weren't aware you were on a diet or if they were, they wanted you to be able to treat yourself for all your hard work or just wanted to say "Hey, I care" and there was no negative message implied in their giving.....

I got really good dark chocolate for Christmas. Also, may I suggest not drinking any softdrink if you are on a diet? Bottled water may be your best bet.
