Based on Church records, census tallies and random polling 1/3 of the world is some type of Christian. Thats 33%.

About 33% around the world and about 75% of North Americans CLAIM to be Christians......But, claiming to be a christian and actually being one is surely a very different thing.

I am not sure about Christian, but I think around 90% of all humans believe in God (maybe by a different name, but still believe in a supreme being)

This may be outdated, but half the world is Christemdom. Half of that catholic. The other half of the population is Mainly Hindu and Islamic. Other religions are small in number compared to the big three.
True Christians though are very small in number, only a few million.
