This could be a variety of things, from parasites to a blockage, etc. I would seek a vet's opinion ASAP, as it could be serious. Better safe than sorry!

This could be from a variety of things -
Has the puppy had all its shots? One of the symptoms of Parvo is bloody diarrhea. Or, it could be from straining since it is at the end of its stool. What are you feeding the puppy? You need to take the puppy to the vet so that they can check it out thoroughly to be sure as any blood in the stool could possibly be something serious.

The best person to ask it your vet as she can test for things and will most likely have seen this before. Do it soon! Your puppy could have swallowed something sharp that's damaging her bowels, or have some other intestinal infection or irritation or it could have hookworm. You don't say where the puppy came from but if it's from a pet shop or puppy outlet, it has a good chance of being unhealthy.

saw this when food was introduced too early. That may not be the case with your dog, but even if it IS, the puppy needs vet attention to help with this! proply weanesd to early if the dog starts throwing up its parvo you said you lost one dog already was it parvo

Could be the beginning of worms--but, if that's the case, you'll find it out soon enough. Need to take him to the vet since you just purchased it.

In that case, I would look for intestinal parasites.
