Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

If it's shooting down your shoulder and arm it's probably not only arthritis. It could also be an impingement syndrome in which it starts from the problem in your neck irritating the peripheral nerves to your shoulders and arms. Or it might not even be arthritis. It could be just tension in your neck muscles especially the trapezius muscle (muscle on top of your shoulders, when you shrug your shoulders you use those muscle and it's very common for it to get tensed), tension of these muscle can also cause irritation of the nerves to your shoulders. The best thing you can do is go to your primary MD and ask if Physical Therapy can help with your problem.

Do you know for certain that this is any of the more than 100 different types of arthrtiis?
There could be other reasons for this, and you must start by seeing your family doctor. If s/he feels that this might be a type of arthritis, then you need to see a rheumatologist, so insist on that referral.
This could also be a nerve problem, in which you would need to see a neurologist.
The point is, this needs to be investigated before it can be addressed with any type of therapy.
See your doctor.

They say the pain leads to fatigue and you slow down a bit...I myself am going to try exercise treadmill and coping with stress techniques...Loosing weight even some gives the situation a better outlook...
By the sounds of your question you need to destress the neck shoulder area with stretches...you also do not mention what kind of arthritis...Hope you have a Happy New Year with less pain

Have you been diagnosed with arthritis or are you just assuming? If you have arthritis in your hip, you'd expect to be feeling pain in the groin, not the hip itself. If you have osteoarthritis in your hip, then no, without a joint replacement it won't. If you have Juvenile Idopathtic Arthritis, then it could. You need to see a doctor. .....

Arthritic pain lessens at times but most often doesn't go away.
there are medications that can assist with the pain but I don't know if there is any way to make it absolutely go away.
I wish I could be the bearer of better news I sure wish that were possible.
In time you may adapt to the pain that it causes or it will lessen with the release of stresses in that area too.
Often times I use Tiger Balm that actually seeps into the skin
It helps sometimes beware of the RED thought as it stains
Ultra does not.
Wishing you health and wellness
