do you have low back pains? is that what you mean....pain on that area may be a symptom of a kidney problem...as to that urgency to drink, you may be hypovolemic or in simple terms, losing a lot of water, do you pee alot? you may be having electrolyte imbalance due to your apparent kidney problem...so the best that you can do is have your urine tested to determine if you are indeed having renal problems...

as to liver symptoms we have mostly the triad of jaundice, edema and ascites (fluid on your stomach)

hope these can help you...:-)

What looks like liver trouble may actually be caused by disease of the heart, gallbladder, or pancreas. Please do Serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase or ALT (SGPT) and Serum glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase or AST (SGOT) tests for liver. This will confirm whether you have any liver problem.
You have stated that you feel thirsty frequently. So please also do blood sugar test (Glucose test). This will confirm whether your blood sugar level is normal or whether you have pre-diabetic or diabetic condition.Glucose (Sugar) test. Control your blood glucose & do self-monitoring as & when required. (Target: Fasting blood sugar 60-100 mg/dL; Postprandial blood sugar 2 hours after food- Less than 140 mg/dL)
Please see the web pages for SGPT(ALT), SGOT(AST) and Glucose test.
