i made it all smooth because of my waves. it is all smooth and stuff. will it turn into my nappy hair again if i cut it?

Not if you take care of it. But if you don't want to bother with your hair all the time I don't recommend cutting it short again.

It will grow nappy, if you just neglect your hair. But if you wear a dew-rag, and brush your hair back, than you'll be okay.

It depends on the process you did to make it smooth, but usually yes, once you have cut the hair that has been treated, it will usually grow back in its original form.
