Lemon juice will do nothing to help the acne or the scarring. For the acne, a visit to a dermatologist is the first step. As for the scarring, there is a technique using laser resurfacing which may help. Discuss these things with your doctor.

Acne typically is not itchy, and usually raises, could this be an allergic reaction to something? Did you try a new soap or ointment on your face? Maybe a pimple cream? That would account for the dry feeling.Try not putting anything on your face for a few days, just wash with plain room temp water, see if it clears up. Also, if it is near your hairline,it could be caused by shampoo. Maybe a new shampoo or conditioner? Best wishes
