It is the SA 80A2 version a upgrade from the older SA 80 a weapon of the bull pup family with a 5.56mm cal ammo.

Al true there is a little chance that he is carrying the SA 80 cadet GP , a weapon that is same as the standard SA 80 but without the flame suppressor and also without the possibility to fire automatic, I don't think so because there is a flame suppressor on the gun that he is holding. Also there is a bayonet fixed onto the weapon and that is not possible on the cadet version. So lets say it's the standard infantry weapon the SA 80 A2

SA80 is the standard infantry weapon. You'd think Sandhurst would use the old SMLE, or something even older, for that sort of ceremony, wouldn't you?
