I agree with Rob P. It's best not to listen to any music because somehow, any piece would trigger memories of your relationship even if it is not a love song.

The best way would be to get yourself distracted from thoughts of the break-up through other activities (e.g. movies, sports, sleeping).

Never listen to the radio. it always knows, and plays the worse songs.. I know I am facing a breakup and it is hell. every freaking song on the damn radio is just rubbing it in... "All I want for Christmas is you.." blah blah blah.. damn I hate that..... good luck my advice is not to listen to music, because it is all about love... just go to the movies...
