Am I emotionally drained out? I cried myself over a girl the past five months. Is it due to that? I don't care about christmas, or new years or spending time with my family anymore. I feel empty.

Maybe you're depressed. i know that feeling, it sucks, i found it hard to get excited for christmas and dragged myself thru the day. but you gotta think, people come and go, but ur family are always gunna be ther for you. if it keeps up, maybe go and see a doctor or some thing, depression can be treated and you will get thru it. Happy Thoughts :-)

Hey aly y,
That sounds like a valid reason. It could be a lot of other things such as being away from family. I feel the same way about Christmas this year because I feel alone. I've never had a girlfriend though I've tried several times using romantic approaches. Chin up. There are other girls out there. It may seem as if she was the only one for you but she's not. Get out in the world. Go hunting for girls (not being a chauvinist here it's just an expression girls are equal humans too). Good luck and merry christmas.

Sorry man. We all feel like that sometimes, why dont you try calling the girl or something? Even if shes not interested it might help. Good luck man and have a Merry Christmas; try to go out and get wasted on New Years to get your mind off it.

Christmas just sucks !!!!!! Don't feel guilty about it. This time of the year is just another trick from storeowners to have people come in like zombies and buy all the stuff they don't even need or make presents to people they don't even like that much... It is just another day as usual, even new years eve. It is just another midnight.

yeah that sounds like why. remember the happy things, but don't dwell. if it gets worse, go see a therapist or a counciler. [that's wut i did. for a couple reasons.] you can't let her drain you like that even if you really loved her and cared for her. it's not a relationship worth having unless you are both in the same boat. just try to be happy.[and single.] and that's best. good luck.(=
