Try out ddl.com to download the software you desire. WinZip and WinRar are very useful file compressors.

i hope you added more description about your question but i guess you needed winrar or winzip..
go to any download site like http://www.download.com or search google for this products...
but i would recommend winrar for there are so many file compressions out there that is in .rar and i believe that files compressed in .rar can be smaller that files compressed in .zip
