what to do if i want to lose weight and how will i realise if im gaining weight due to not eating properly or because of the fat tissue getting replaced.im so sorry to bother you people but i really want to encourage myself soon and run to the gym

Did you put all your excess weight on in 1 day? I doubt it. Then why would you expect to lose it all in 1 day? Losing weight and exercising means you have to stick to it and have discipline over yourself. If it was easy there would be no fat people at all, right?

Stay with it and you will lose weight and shape up but not overnight.

Here's a thought: have someone at your gym measure your body fat and muscle composition. Workout for 2 months and do it (measurements) again. Perhaps your weight will rise, muscle weighs more than fat, but you will look like a much fitter person. Seriously. Weight is not the problem: muscle mass vs. fat is the question at hand. Good luck.

eat properly, and do exercises, it takes awhile for the weight to come off as it took probably a lot of time to gain the weight, everything is gradual, so go slow and you will have success.
